Hello,
We have 3 Multiactions in which we load master data, hierarchies and transactional data. It is not possible to use all the steps in one multiaction as it exceeds the limit of 50 steps.
Now we want to schedule the data loading multiple times in a day and the multiactions should load sequentially, after successful loading of one the next should start. It works fine If we set it up for one occurence. If we want this dependent behaviour to reoccur e.g. 4 times in a day with an end data for example 06.12.2025, then it does not work as it asks which recurring event it is dependent on, which means I have to set up every data load manually.
For example, if we load dimensions and actuals using two multiactions
First Multiaction task in Calendar to load dimensions:
Second Calendar Task to load Actuals which should be dependent on the first task "Load Dimensions"
While choosing the event it asks which event, means which reccurence
If I choose all, the dependent task moves to the last occurence, which means all the loading dimensions task should run on every day and "load actuals" will be triggered after the last occurence of "load dimensions"
I have tried different ways like a with a parent process, composite task etc., nothing seems to work. Does anyone have/had similar requirement and how it was solved?
Thanks & Regards,
M.S.
