SAC login without HANA Cloud Service Account ?

Hi,

Is a login to a SAC without a HANA Cloud Service Account, from within a Company network,
soly with a SAP Account possible ?

SAC does not seem to be enterprise ready

Requirement:
Want to log in into SAC without a Hana Cloud Service Account for each and any SAP User
AND
Want to have a nationalized SAC Profile EN/DE according to the SAP Users need.
Current situation:
-SAC
-CORS to S4 / Embedded BW
-SAC Storries soly based on Live CORS Connections

Plan:
-200 existing SAP Accounts, englisch and german, to access the SAC CORS Live Data Connection based storries,
-add on: some SAP Users require EN SAC Formatting and EN SAC Labels,
-easy information access: no switching of the profile each time a user logs in,

Dont want:
-a HANA Cloud Service Account, SAP Userid, for any of these 200 SAP Accounts at all:

-to complicated for the Users 
-to time consumeing each and any time
-dont want use a  Cloud Service Account "Dummy" Account - cnat set the NLS Language properly for all

Might be willing to have:
-Introduce Active X SSO
Or:
-Introduce Azure ID

Whats else is the solution ?

Hello,

Currently, there are two ways to log in:

1. Your system owner creates a user in SAC. An email will be sent to the entered email address to complete the registration if no account exists in the default SAP IDP.
2. You log in using SAML SSO, where your account defined in your custom IDP is reused for authentication.
