Hello All,
We have a SAC Live connection and enabled everyday publication for some reports, It works everyday but suddenly Its not working. The Error message says, "We couldn't authenticate you. Please make sure the credentials provided for connections are valid"
We haven't change anything, even Production system Password also working. Can anyone please suggest why this error came? and where to check?

Request clarification before answering.
As schedule publication on live connection requires 'Advance feature' setting in connection or tunnel connection, probably it worth to check the connection setting as well as the cloud connector.
