SAC LIVE BW enable Option Default Values "Keep last saved values for dynamic variables" in view mode

Dear all,

when editing a story the option "Keep last saved values for dynamic variables" under Setting is shown for the story as well as for specific charts/tables. 

In view mode the option is not available (although it was there in the past). My question is, how can I enable this in view mode?

This option is available during creation of bookmarks in view mode:

it can happen that story designer has turned off this option.

Thanks for your reply. Yes this is true but I need this option to save the values for a particular chart or table only. If I set it on "Bookmark-Level" its kind of global setting and all tables and chart are affected.
