SAC HR Turnover rate

Hello,

We have a requirement to calculate employee turnover rate with below data in sac model.

Requirement is something like this :

1 .Suppose user selects February month and below should happen :

2. Employees at beginning count = ( Count of -> On or Before 1st Feb JoinDay ( 1st January to 1st Feb ) )

and minus from above dataset the count where people released on 1st Feb or before ).

3. Employees at end count = ( Count of -> On or Before 28th Feb JoinDay ( 1st January to 28th Feb ) )

and minus from above dataset the count where people released from ReleaseDay ( 28th Feb or before ).

Can 1, 2, 3 be achieved without scripting or analytical application ? by just using few input parameters and formulations ?

Please suggest the approach.
