Hi Gaurav,

An option to adjust the time series algorithm to force positive forecasts only is currently planned for a later release.

Stay tuned.

Hello,

Is the measure 'Sales Price to customer per MT' something that can only be positive?

Today, the predictive could show a negative forecast for measures, even ones that can only be positive. Thus, this is not part of the current feature, but arguable should be. I think the best thing to do is register this as an idea at

https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/#/campaign/884 (might need to check this idea doesn't already exist)

Sorry this isn't necessarily resolve your issue, but I hope you now know you're not doing anything wrong! It is though a great idea for a product enhancement.

Regards, Matthew

Hello,

It's not actually forecasting below zero but those are the lower confidence level bounds - see this helpful article for details: https://www.sapanalytics.cloud/resources-predictive-forecasting/

Correct.

But why even lower confidence level bound is going below zero as it is price per MT measure.

And confidence level bounds tells the range where price per MT can lie.

Please correct me if I am having any problem in understanding

My guess - it is a high level forecast, and probably needs refinement; I recommend submitting an Idea for this - there are 5 already related to forecasting at https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/#/searchcategory?type=campaign&id=884&search=forecasting&managed=0 (S-user required)
