Hi All,
Please let me know if we have some standard views (S/4 Hana) available to develop Carbon Footprint Analytics in SAC. I have connected my SAC(SAP Analytics Cloud) with live S/4 Hana system & want to use some standard views for my dashboard.
Although, we have some standard APIs available for that (mentioned as below)
I want to use standard views from my live connection with S/4 Hana apart from the above mentioned APIs.
Please help me here, if you know how to achieve it.
Thanks,
Pooja

Hi Pooja,
You can manually create this connection. Note that you need to have the SAPCP Cloud Connector set up and configured before you can successfully import data from S/4HANA. See the documentation on how to create an import connection for S/4HANA On-Premise exposed OData V2 services.
1. Create an Import Connection for your on-premise S/4HANA system named "FP&A - SAP Best Practices" or any other name you wish. Please use the credentials of a technical user for the S/4HANA system that has access to the APIs.
2. Open the model, SAP__C21_ANA_IM_CO2EPRODUCT, that was imported with the business content. Update the model according to instructions here.

Hi Katryn,
Thank you for sharing the useful link ...though I am not very sure why "FP&A - SAP Best Practices" must be configured. please help me with the process to configure it. (as per my understanding, I have to import FP&A from business content that's it)
I have connected S4Hana system (on-premise) through live connection and seems I need to establish import connection to use APIs.
Thanks,
Pooja
