SAC - Blank Screen Post Login

Hello Experts,

I am getting blank white page post login.I have already tried clearing history,cache etc and then re -installing chrome as well.

But no success.Any help will be highly appreciated

Good morning:

I am facing the same issue , limited to one particular tenant, sometimes it works, sometimes I only get a blank screen after login. Tried o MS Edge and Google Chrome.. cleared the browser cache.. no joy. Quite irksome

Is this issue still occurring? The description of the problem is unfortunately not enough to guess at what the issue might be.

Have you confirmed that other users can log in successfully to your tenant?

If so, please open the Chrome developer tools and go to the network tab and then try to log in again and see if there are any error messages captured. If so please post the error here.

Did anyone find a permanent fix to avoid this problem? It happens with few users, and then it starts working suddenly.

Solution 1 Go to the "Settings" of the Microsoft Edge browser and select "Privacy, search, and services" Change the setting of the "Tracking prevention" from "Strict" to "Balanced" Solution 2 Go to the "Settings" of the Microsoft Edge browser and select "Privacy, search, and services" Under the "Tracking prevention", add the SAC tenant URL to the "Exceptions"
