SAC - Access Control on dimensions for Teams

Hello SAC Experts,

I tried to assing Teams for cost center dimension in a Model, but the model returns that they are "invalid users".

Is this an SAC limitation? I was only able to assign users.

This is not a limitation in SAP Analytics Cloud.

You should be able to chose users and teams to grant access to, like explained in the SAP documentation.

If you still have issues with assigning a Team, could you please give some more information about the data connection and model?

Hello Simon.

thanks for the answer and links. It's a Classic Model, data connection is "Import Data".

One of the users of the Team has Admin role. Do you think this could be the problem? I will remove him from the team and test.

Hello Mayumi,

You should also be able to add Teams that contain users with the BI Admin Role.

Hello Simon,

I found out the issue, it happens when I'm logged in Portuguese, Teams are not accepted in dimension access control.

When I changed to EN in profile settings, teams are correctly assigned.

Just opened a support incident and they are investigating.
