SaaS application/service with the same appName (its value is:XXXXapp) already registered in SaaS

Hello ,

we are using BAS from one global subaccount and trying to deploy to subaccount of a different global account altogether.

We are trying to deploy SaaS-Provisioning application into productive environment.

Getting "Service broker error: Service broker saas-registry failed with: SaaS application/service with the same appName (its value is: XXXapp) already registered in SaaS" error.

From non-productive environment we have 2 subaccounts(US10 region) for DEV and 2 subaccounts(EU10) for QA.

SaaS-Registry application is deployed it is working as expected.

Initially we had a same problem("Service broker error: Service broker saas-registry failed with: SaaS application/service with the same appName (its value is:XXXXapp) already registered in SaaS".) in non-productive environment because we were maintained all subaccounts in same region.

Once we changed the region of our subaccounts in QA then it got worked.

As per our understanding BTP only allows one multitenant application with the same name per region eg: us10. This is irrespective of the subaccounts used.

Now we are trying deploy from one global subaccount to subaccount of a different global account altogether.

Can you please help us with the above error.
