S4CLOUD : Adobe Form - Purchase Order Item Text not DISPLAYED

Experts, 

We are using S4 HANA CLoud environment 2402 - There is already a custom form configured for Purchase order , i am not able to see the PO item text within form output even though its binded with value : $.PurchaseOrderHeaderTextElement.

How should i debug and analyse ?
