S4 Help needed - Does S4 have Regions of the world like Europe, North America, Middle East ETC..

In our old ERP system we could assign a region to a country. UK = Europe, Kuwait = Middle East ETC...Where in S4 would I be able to find this table that has this information. 

Or if not available what / where have others populated this information.

Isn't Customizing 'Define Groups of Countries' in 'Assignment Master Data' available in your version?

• SM34 on cluster VC_T76MGE_CGROUP
• Available in S/4HANA 2021
