S4 HANA connection to HANA Studio

Hello ,

I am able to connect S4 HANA system to HANA Studio . However , after connecting , we get 'Updating System... ' message for some time and connection times out.

Is it a BASIS issue ? ....or how should I proceed to make Studio stable ?

This sounds as if not all required ports for SAP HANA Studio are open. Please review the answers to my respective question:

What ports need to be open for HANA Studio to connect to HANA 2.0, express edition
