Rule authoring api support for SAP BTP Build process automation

Dear,

SAP can you please guide how business rules can be author in custom Fiori app for SAP build process automation capability ,SAP BPA rules api on api hub only shows rules execution api ,now could not find anything which support programmatic interaction with Business rules ie; creation, updating decision table etc. please suggest.
