RSTRAN010 : Transformation does not exist-- UNABLE TO IMPORT TRANSFORMATION

Hello,

After creating an ODS, Transformation and DTP in DEV system. I want to import the transport order in the QA system,

But i got the error below :

Transformation does not exist (see long text)

Message no. RSTRAN010

Diagnosis

The transformation specified by transformation ID XX..X, source XX..X and target XX..X, does not exist.

i import the DataSource in the QA system successfully ( it's already exist in QA system and used by other Transformations) and replicate it, even though i get the same error problem after i import the transport order that have the transformation and the DTP. The data source is created in SAP BW.

i try to look in other SAP notes and try all what is said in the notes but it didn't work.

Someone can help me in this issue please ?

there are a lot of situations where you can incur with that issue, did you go through the note 2394631

i try the steps descriebed in the note 2394631, but it didn't work.

the activation, in the DEV system, of the DSO, DTP and TRANSFORMATION goes successfully without errors, when i import the transport order from the DEV system to QA system it shows the error RSTRAN010 : Transformation does not exist.

even i try to create mannually in the QA system and it works correctly but the transport don't work !!

hi aoulhaj

it seems to me that , although you can activate the ODS , the target XX..X of the transformation , does not exist.

also i read from an old thread "Also note that when you are changing data source, info source and so on... after that you have to activate all relative transformations and DTPs and also tansport them, you have to do that even if you add a navigational attribute."

try to check deeper whats failing in the transport import (target xx..x)
