Routing with Component for many application

I have a requirement to navigate through many SAPUI5 Application, So found the method of Routing based on nested components.but Im getting many errors and mislead. So It will be helpful if there is a blog / answer for step by step configuration that has to be done in each file for nested component routing especially configuration in Index.html,manifest.json and component.js.
