Rotate a Adobe Forms with custom paper size by 90 degrees

Hi everyone,
I created an adobe from to print a label with a custom paper size of ~ 2,8cm width and ~ 6,5cm length.
To properly print the form on the label the whole form has to be rotated by 90 degrees.
How can I accomplish that?
Switching between portrait and landscape has no effect on the form or print as long as I use a custom paper size.

Unfortunately, this doesn’t work in my case.

Swapping the size values just changes the size of the label, the only way that might work is by not rotating the whole label but every single object instead.

If I add/delete the orientation tag in addition, nothing changes at all.
