RISE with SAP Migration Options, Source ERP on HANA

Dear Gurus.

In RISE assessment document I have found this conversion option: System Copy plus System Conversion.

Does it mean that we can copy the system as is to HEC and then migrate it to S/4 HANA instead of classic DMO with system move?

Yes, that's it but only if the original source DB is SAP HANA. SAP Public Cloud only supports HANA databases for ECC.
