RFQ Output Status Stuck at 'To be Output' in Manage RFQ Fiori App

Hello SAP Community,

I am reaching out for help regarding an issue I encountered in the Manage RFQ Fiori app while processing a Request for Quotation (RFQ). If anyone has faced a similar situation or has insights on how to resolve it, your input would be greatly appreciated.

Issue Description

After following the standard process to create and publish an RFQ, I noticed that the Output Details status is not updating as expected. Here are the steps I followed:

1. Created an RFQ in the Manage RFQ app.

2. Published the RFQ successfully.

3. Observed the Output Details: Instead of showing "Completed," the status remains as "To be Output."

4. Also its not triggering a mail in SOST.

Expected Behavior

Once the RFQ is published, the Output Details status should change to "Completed" if the process has executed successfully as well as its should trigger the mail in SOST.

Possible Causes (Assumptions)

I suspect that one of the following might be causing the issue:

• Check OPD Transaction: Verify that all configurations in OPD (Output Parameter Determination) are correctly set up and assigned to the appropriate output types.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue in Manage RFQ? If so, what steps did you take to resolve it?
