Hi,

Please help me to resolve this problem. We encounter since August 23, 2023.

The Solution I tried but didn't fix the issue:

1. Reinstall Crystal, QB, QODBC

2. https://support.flexquarters.com/esupport/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/3074

3. https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/help-article/web-integration/fix-error-quickbooks-...

I am having the same problem. It shows the digi cert for my crystal as expired on 8/1/2020.

The link Ido posted is one of the things you've already tried. Since the issue is with the certificate in your ODBC driver, this is not a Crystal issue per se. You'll need to contact support from either Flexquarters or QuickBooks to resolve the issue.

Hello, I already contact the qodbc but they said that I should contact also the crystal report and update their application's digicert...

There is no digicert that I know of for Crystal, so there's nothing to update.
