Retention period for tasks completed in Build Process Automation

Hi,
I can't seem to see data prior to 30 days in Build Process Automation's Monitoring-Process and Workflow Instances.
Can I change this number of days?

Which data are you looking for? I can see process instances from at least 2 years ago, and I do not think we changed any settings. What system are you working on?

@Dan_Wroblewski It is the instance of Build Process Automation with a status of Completed that is no longer seeing the old one. Will it continue to remain without being deleted even if the status is Completed? Kind regards.

And the filter is set to show Completed instances? By default, Completed instances are not shown. Perhaps there is a setting that removes them from the list but I am not aware of that.

I guess I was mistaken that it seemed to have disappeared.
If you know, please let me know. Does it mean that the history of an instance remains forever and never disappears?

I'm not aware of any archiving or deletion process -- I have instances from several years ago so I imagine by default they remain forever (or until the "cloud" disappears 😸).
