Restricting T-code BCA_DATE_POST_SET to display only

Hi,

I am looking for a way to restricted the following T-codes to DISPLAY only.

BCA_DATE_POST_SET

BCA_DATE_EOD_SET

I have checked SU24 which has given me the Auth Object F_EODP_ACT.

Within F_EODP_ACT I can only limit on Execute & Simulate:

When I use this role with a user, the user can still use the EXECUTE button the T-code BCA_DATE_POST_SET. I want to display only?

Is there another Auth Object I am missing here?

Hi Michael,

I don't know that particular transaction and hence don't know whether there is the option to control that by authorizations. As I assume, there is not. As a solution, you might look into transaction variants in Transaction SDH0. With SDH0, you can create a variant of a transaction and hide/inactivate certain fields. That might solve your problem as you can deactivate the execute button.
