Restricting SAP Cloud ALM user access for Features/Change and Deployment Management

Hi,

This is in regard to SAP Cloud ALM user access for Transport management via Features. We need clarification or help on restricting user access of the following:

1. Can Feature creating access be restricted ? We don't want all users with project member access to create or Edit Features.

2. Can Copy option be restricted? We don't want all users with project member access to release changes as we are in build phase.

3. Can Release option be restricted? We don't want all users with project member access with release option.

4. Can sub tasks of a transports can be released via feature?

5. Can approval step be added for copy and release options as well? We would like the lead to approve before user release copies or original TR.

In summary, a full list of Role Collections and their permitted actions in Features are listed in the Roles and Authorizations table for Features.

There are no additional approvals or restrictions that can be implemented on Features. 
The role collections are currently the only mechanism for controlling the permitted operations for users.
