Restrict downloading of BO reports from personal devices

Hi team,

We are planning to publish our BO production URL over the internet to access the system from user personal laptops and mobile devices.

Is there a way we can restrict users to download any reports to there personal devices?

Hi Nash. If you are using the BI Launchpad, you can customize it to remove or disable the download/export buttons. In the Web Intelligence Rich Client, you can configure settings to prevent users from saving or exporting reports.

Thanks for reply, we want to restrict download/upload access only when user logged in to public BO url using personal device but need to keep necessary access to same user to download/upload when logged in through company provided device.
