Dear All,
We have a requirement to display two Sales Org addresses on the MSDS. Currently, using the standard symbol EHS_SNNAM*, we are only able to display one address—the one configured in the Sales Org settings.
I’d like to know if there is any way to include both addresses.
Please note:
We would prefer not to manage this at the specification instance level, as it would require maintaining addresses for each individual specification, which would be highly cumbersome for the business.
Appreciate your insights on possible alternatives or custom solutions.
Regards,
Rohan

Hello
thanks for more infos..
Coming back to:
To display a Sales Org address, we rely on a custom table that maintains a 1:1 Country-to-Sales Org mapping. This has worked well so far, as each country typically has a centralized headquarters whose address can be displayed as the primary one.
However, Chile poses an exception. There is no centralized HQ; instead, smaller countries like Chile operate via distributed centers. Using the address of CL1 when the shipment originates from CL2 has already led to customer complaints due to inaccurate SDS address information.
i still have some doubt if i have understood your "landscape" correct.
My logic run like: you can define your sales organisations based on needs. You can define (if needed) two sales organisations located in Chile.
So my "simple" story would be: the real sales is done by sales org 1 or sales org 2. The SAP Standard chapter one story exactly support it like that.
Reading between the line: you have prepared a "custom driven country <> Address logic)
Which is any how customer driven.
So why not simply extend your logic using "country <> sales org <> address". The real sales proess is any how related to a sales org; As we clearly talk about a parameter symbol: no change (assumption) needed in WWI template. In doing so you have a clear address determintion.
But yes: if you would try to go back now using only SAP standard symbol: you must "regenerated" your released documents.
Most of the companies i have a talk with are not using SAP standard for Chapter 1.
Wish you the best
C.B.

Hello @christoph_bergemann ,
Our custom driven table has Country code and Sales Org as Primary field so we cannot add multiple Sales Org to a single country code. I believe when I solution was first finalized in the past we had agreed with one Sales Org per Country. Now after few years we have a change request to display Multiple address for one Country. Changing the table structure now means we will have to relook at its implications in all other areas of the programming.

Rohan
