Hello everyone,

We are planning to upgrade our Linux operating system from SLES 12 to SLES 15 SP6. This operating system currently hosts only the database.

Our kernel version is:

• Version: 777
• Patch: 500

Our database version is as follows:

• SAP HANA 1.0, 2.0
• Version: 2.00.052.00.1599235305
• DBSL: 777.05
• Patch: 500

Could anyone share any recommendations or best practices to ensure a smooth upgrade process? Specifically, are there any SAP-specific considerations or potential issues we should be aware of when performing this OS upgrade?
