Hello,

SAP PowerDesigner 16.7 supports Microsoft Windows 8 and higher, or Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and higher (64-bit), including Windows 11.
This information is also documented in KBA 2347515 - List of supported Windows operating systems
and KBA 3209080 - Support for Microsoft Windows 11 OS.

SAP .Net Connector for .Net 4.0 is no longer supported as of October 2023 and will be removed from the installation process in PD 16.7 SP09.
It can be uninstalled unless you are using the DataExtractor example and connecting to NetWeaver.
