Request for Creating Fully Activated Appliance is under clarification by export control

Hello.

I am attempting to create a "SAP S/4HANA 2021 FPS02, Fully-Activated Appliance” via SAP Cloud Appliance Library. However, When I try to Accept the Terms & Condition, I receive the following message:

"Your request is under clarification by export control. We will send you an email as soon as the clarification has been provided."

Could you please advise on the estimated time frame for this clarification process?
