Reports to BI inbox is failing with this error :Operating system file operation on file Failed to do

Hi All,

We are facing weird issue where reports to BI inbox is failing with the below error:

Error : Operating system file operation on file Failed to download files for destination with index [1]. failed.

I am checking this error in CMC-Temporary Storage.

Why i called it weird because out of 20-30 times, 1 time report went to success and able to see it in the inbox. After that again i have tried same issue and again sometime one time report went to success . But majority of the time its failing with the above error,

Few things i  have explored like network drive related issue and giving full access to everyone over BI inbox but nothing seems to be worked,

Could anyone please guide me on this if you have specific information on this.

WE are running 4.2sp9. Dev and UAT with same config is working fine only issue occurring in Prod.
