We have reports, created in CR 11, that we are testing in CR 2016 (we just upgraded).
The first report I tested has a report header section and a group footer section that are both set to "print at bottom of page".
When I run the report within CR 2016 the preview looks fine but, when I print the report, the sections that print at the bottom of the pages are severely chopped off (truncated) and show only the top third of the text.
Exporting the report to a PDF and printing from the PDF works fine. Printing the report from CR 11 works fine. The printer is a relatively new HP color laser.
Can someone enlighten me on a possible solution.

Dell, thanks for the response, but everything in the report looks correct, and, it works perfectly in CR 11.
However, I did find a solution for the problem in: File / Page Setup
Check: "Dissociate Formatting Page Size and Printer Paper Size"
With that option checked the Report Header and Group Footer sections printed correctly as footers.

Crystal reserves space at the bottom of the page for the page footer, but not for the report header. So I believe that what's happening is that Crystal has set the report header to the bottom of the page without calculating that the page footer needs to also fit on the page. You can confirm this by suppressing the page footer and running the report.
Do you have the latest printer driver for the printer installed and is the default printer for the report set to that printer? If that is set up correctly and the issue still occurs, there is probably no way to get around it. If that's the case, then you'll have to export to PDF and print the PDF as a work-around.
