In my report i have to calculate a total sepration & total resignation (with %) , for that i have one Employment status field , if staus is 0 means employee status is withdrawn, means he is seprated from organization , for that on action reason will trigger, means weather that person r Terminated , retried ,died , i have all the emp BEGDA n ENDDA so how will i restrict that particular action reason , in respective employment status 0
