replace /oauth/idp/ API call with third party offline tool for oauth authentication

Hi Team,

We have configured oauth authenticaiton with all thirdparties by using /oauth/idp/ API call for SAML assertion and now it is expiring and need to replace /oauth/idp/ with an offline tool

can anyone please help here
