Renaming the solman JAVA when solman ABAP is running. Will CCLM will be affected?

During renaming the solman JAVA, I assume there will be downtime of solman JAVA system. In general, in order for solman system to function properly both JAVA and ABAP needs to be up and running.
So from this perspective, solman functions including CCLM could be affected.

After renaming, solman_setup Mandatory Configurations, which is the foundation of all solman functions, need to be re-configured. In this sense, CCLM could be affected.
