Need to disable the SAP analytics clouds that shows up when I press the ctrl + alt + shift + up arrow.
The shortcut key above is allocated for border making with an add-in for modelling but the SAP analytics always prevents it.
The issue started "i dont remember exactly but a couple months ago maybe " according from the user
Summary Troubleshooting:
-Checked on Uninstall or change a program and no longer SAP apps installed since it was uninstalled by L1 support
-SAP Analysis for Microsoft Office was uninstalled and computer restart by L1 support still the same issue
-did Office Online Repair to reinstall Excel still no go
-deleted SAP registry key from HKEY_CURRENT USER, cannot delete is from HKEY_LOCAL MACHINE and HKEY_USERS
-Run excel on safe mode and when using the Ctrl + Alt + Shift + Up key -the SAP Analytics Cloud not showing
-No longer any SAP add-in under AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\AddIns
-Tried to delete excel from the registry still same issue

>HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\office\16.0 delete Excel>Done
-No SAP Analytics Cloud add-in showing under Add-ins>Excel Add-ins>
-No SAP Analytics Cloud add-in showing under Add-ins>COM Add-ins>
-Tried Customize Ribbon>Uncheck SAP Analytics Cloud and the Addin no longer showing on the Excel tab but when hitting the Ctrl + Alt + Shift + Up key still the SAP Analytics Cloud appears
--removed SAP Analytics Cloud from user's apps in MyOffice.com, retry - same
--reboot machine, retry - issue remains
