I see SAP have updated the release date today. It is now on the release calendar as the following:

SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence platform 4.3 SP05 Maintenance Delivery
23.06.2025 – 27.06.2025

Update 01 July

The release calendar still shows the same date listed above but i do not see the software. I will reach out to our support team at SAP tomorrow to see if they have more insight into why it has not been released or the release date has not been updated

Software now available to download however the associated documentation hasn't been released yet.  Documentation now available too
