Release API-State Error "Retrieved API version of object is inconsistent" RAP, BTP

Hi experts!

when trying to release an API-State of an object in customer namespace I get an error "Retrieved API version of object is inconsistent". I created a simple class with one method. I did the same in the z-namespace and everything worked fine.

Does anyone know how to solve this error?

Thanks and regards, Sebastian

This is not a perfect solution, but a workaround that worked for me:

I had this problem when trying to add an API contract to an object in our custom namespace. However, when I recreated the object in the Z-namespace, I was able to add the API contract without problems.

It could be that the problem lies with our namespace definition or the software component we have defined, but I have not looked that far yet. For now I am just relying on the workaround.

UPDATE:

Since being able to successfully add the release contract to a Z-object, I was now also able to successfully add the release contract to the original object in our namespace. (I was busy creating an incident for SAP support and wanted to get a screenshot when it now suddenly worked). Who knows why? This is SAP - anything is possible (or impossible).
