Regarding the rounding of consumption tax in public cloud

Dear colleague:

We have found that SAP Public Cloud currently handles consumption tax as a round down. My client would like to change it to rounding.

My understanding is to add the condition type in 101120 and then change the Rounding rule to Commercial in the condition type. And assign the newly added condition type to the Calculation Procedure.Below are my questions：

①In the GUI, we can assign the additional condition type to the Calculation Procedure through 'Check Calculation Procedure', but I couldn't find the relevant configuration in Public Cloud. How should I add the condition Type to the Calculation Procedure?

②If we cannot add a new condition type to the Calculation Procedure, we attempt to change the rounding rule of the existing condition type to Commercial. But I found that even if I changed it to 'Rounding rule' to 'Commercial' or 'Round up', it still executes as' Round down .Has anyone encountered a similar situation before?
