Regarding reserving the items on which decison is not taken

hi i got a scenario where if there are several items are there for approval, if approver selects only few and takes decision, the rest of the items should be reseved for him so that he can take decision in future and the decision screen is a module pool one.so please help me in the issue.

hi,

Just train the users that if they want a selection of workitems to be reserved by them that they should use the reserve button in the SAP inbox to achieve that goal.

HI,

May be you can just try to make use of the standard function module SAP_WAPI_RESERVE_WORKITEM. Pass the user name to the parameter ACTUAL AGENT and execute.
