Recipe Workflow Not Appearing In User's Engineering Inbox

Hello Experts,

We have NWBC Master Recipe Management system. We uses some user groups (Process route) to assign the workflows to some users. Once the recipe has been submitted, users maintained in that groups receives this workflow in their Engineering Inbox for approval. But there is one user who is not able to receive this workflow in his inbox. Upon checking we found that this user has two mail IDs out of which the latest one is updated in SU01D, but still user is not able to receive this workflow. Can anyone tell me where we can check that on which mail ID system is sending the workflow. We only maintained users SAP ID in this groups so we are unable to find out the mail ID on which system is sending the workflow. Any help on this will be highly appreciated.

I just checked table SWWUSERWI and the field NO_SEL has not been passed for this user ID. Still it's not showing. In PA0105 we have two mail IDs for this user, how can we check on which mail ID system has sent the workflow.
