Hi,
I'm getting the below error while adding new ABAP Cloud project in Eclipse using the service key.
Can you please help me out.
Note:- I've tried deleting the Instance and re-creating the instance and service key , Even this not help me.
Thanks,
Praveen
Request clarification before answering.
The error message indicates that you successfully authenticated at the identity authentication service (= you probably you saw a success message in the browser). But afterwards the logon to the ABAP service instance (= ABAP system) failed. As the error message indicates that happened probably because you don't have a user (CB user / ABAP user) in the system.

Hi Armin,
Thanks for your response.
As mentioned in the note 3254529, I had gone through the tutorial. In the tutorial it is mentioned to launch the BTP cockpit as admin and maintain/create employee and create business user and add developer role to it. As mentioned in the above steps, i did login in the BTP cockpit as admin but could not find the Maintain application tile. I'm using the SAP provided system for learning purpose.
Can you please help me out.
Thanks,
Praveen
Hello Praveen. Your welcome. This is rather outside of my area of expertise so I'm not sure if the following is helpful, but if you don't see the tile directly on the start screen then try the following: Click on the button 'Home' on the top left and then in the resulting dropdown area look for 'Identity and Access Management - User Management'. As an alternative option you can try to use the search bar on the top and search for something like 'maintain'.
