how to send a mail to the user after creating sales order details in va01? explain with example?

Hi asha,

Do you want to send the forms by mail to user or do you want to send a mail to inform user that order is created.

In first case , by defining the support "Mail" to the message and after customize transaction SCOT that'll work fine without any developpement.

Tell me more on your problem .

Welcome to SDN forum..

You can send the mail using the medium 7 by using the same Driver program and script/smartform with the same output type that is used for the output of the application document

Configure the Mail id of the people to whom you wants to send the mail in SCOT and SOST tcodes

and send the mail using the output type and medium 7 (MAIL) and see
