Is PO Item Text output within form can be controlled at Purchase organization level ?

Hello, 

Yes it is possible in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Sytem.

1. Log in to your S4 HANA public cloud system and navigate to the Purchase Order application.

2. Go to the "Form Template Maintenance" app.

3. Select the relevant form template for the purchase order.

4. In the form template, locate the section where the purchase order item text is displayed.

5. Click on the "More" button or right-click on the section to access the settings for that specific field.

6. Look for an option to set restrictions based on the purchase organization.

7. If there is an option available, select the appropriate purchase organization and set the restriction to not allow printing for that organization.

8. Save the changes to the form template.

9. Test the restriction by creating a purchase order for the specified purchase organization and attempting to print the purchase order item text.

10. If the restriction is working as expected, the printing of the purchase order item text will be restricted for the specified purchase organization.
