crystal report 13.0.25.3158 installed, Not working Excel and PDF export

Crystal report 13.0.25.3158 runtime newly installed in Server for application deployment.

We were user crystal report viewer export button to upload excel and pdf in the earlier version. Now it is not working with the new version. Means we cannot export PDF or excel from crystal report viewer print button.

Any solution?
