Re-create or Delete my Account

I have some problems with my SAP BTP Account.

I created a SAP BTP Account to test the features in BTP, but not for my company. Just for me. I have been developing apps like CAP Projects and MDK.
But I had some troubles, so I wanted to star from the ground again. So, I deleted my Trial Account, the account inside my Global Account and created a one trial account. But it didnt have anything configured, like Cloud Foundry and other stuff.

So what I though was, "Well, I will delete my Global Account,  and start again, or my SAP BTP Account". But the problem was that, when I deleted my Global Account, there was no option to create one. And there was no option to delete my SAP BTP Account.

So, I am in a problem, beacuse I cant access any Global or Trial Account, and neither create one.

This is what I see when I go to SAP BTP

NONE OF THIS ACCOUNT ARE MINE, THEY ARE FROM OTHER PEOPLE

What should I do?

I talked to someone via Mail, but it and he was useless.

Hi @Ngarasa,

I tried to reproduce the behavior you are describing. If I am not mistaken, this is what you did and ended up with:

  1. You had a Trial account of your own
  2. Also, other users (e.g. colleagues) added you to their respective Trial account(s)
  3. You deleted your own Trial account, because you wanted to start over
  4. Now the issue is that when you go to the "Trial Home" at https://cockpit.hanatrial.ondemand.com/trial/#/home/trial, the "Go to Your Trial Account" button takes you directly to one of the other users' Trial accounts which you happen to have access to. Now you're "stuck" - there is no way for you to create a new Trial account for yourself.

If that is what's happened here, I'd say that is a bug. I will open a ticket internally for the responsible team(s) to look into it.

Meanwhile, a workaround I can think of is this: if you would ask the users who own the other accounts that you have access to whether they can (temporarily) remove your user from their accounts, you should be able to go to Trial Home at https://cockpit.hanatrial.ondemand.com/trial/#/home/trial and create an account of your own. After that, they can add you back to their accounts if needed.
