RAP (Rest full application programming) IN SAP ABAP

IN RAP is there any possibility of develop a RAP API in SAP ABAP that handles both create or update the operation based on the incoming data.

By user will just trigger create operation only.

Any Suggestions?

Not sure I completely understand the idea and question, but I'm guessing you want to sort of implement different updates while making it look like just the creation process from the outside. Depending on what you're actually wanting to do, this is likely feasible. There are 2 ways to implement your own save functionality in RAP: completely unmanaged scenario and "managed with unmanaged save" (one of the posts on the subject). I recommend exploring the latter first and use unmanaged only as a last resort. Sometimes a so-called "functional call" is actually a better option. This is usually the case when there is very little input (sometimes it's just a document number) but then extensive update operations are performed. In this case, it's really not about updating specific "entities". So definitely think first which scenario is the best fit, considering what data is passed around and what DB operations are performed (there are limitations on explicit COMMIT). With RAP, choosing the right scenario is 80% of success.
