RAP / ODATA V4 data element documentation in metadata?

Hi,

While exploring the OData V4 capabilities (using RAP / CDS), I seem to be running into the fact that the metadata with url parameter sap-documentation=all doesn't seem to return the F1 documentation anymore compared to OData V2. (looking at the Gateway documentation, this should be the case)

Is there any way to enable this functionality for OData V4? Or can this be influenced in anyway? (e.g. annotations, BADI's, ...)

Reason for asking: in OData V2 API's we ensured that the documentation for data elements was set correctly to get a fully documented metadata file for our consumers. Looking into moving our API's to OData V4, we would like to be able to do the same thing.

this is indeed currently not supported for OData V4 and there is unfortunately no simple way to enable this via workaround.

This is already a feature request for us, but I can absolutely not tell you when we will be able to offer it.
