When setting any Notification to complete the NOCO is not successful because of failures in the custom validations which are done in the SAP provided customer exit EXIT_SAPLIQS0_001 include ZXWOCU10.
Even though the NOCO is not set the standard class CL_EAMS_BO_NOTIF, method SAVE adds a success message without checking the Notification NOCO status.
