"You cannot obtain the access token, contact your administrator" Error on SAP B1 10.0 Help

Hello Experts!

I currently have SAP B1 in version 10.0 for HANA (10.00.220) SP 2308 in my company and we have a problem, every so often (1 week perhaps) out of nowhere it appears "You cannot obtain the access token, contact your administrator" in this case we have instructions on the linux server to do a total restart of services so that we can return to operations but we could not find the reason for this incident, and actually we even checked in HANA Studio if everything is running as it should but it is not we managed to find the solution to this incident

As an additional note, if users try to log in automatically they are not allowed to enter and are sent back to choose the company, we really doubt if there is something wrong with the installation and we need to reinstall or if we have to review something about the connections between hana and SAP

Could someone help me know why it could be generated or if it is a version issue and we need to wait for an update patch?

I Heard about uninstall de SAP servertools as solution but i want see all the options available
