"SAP Integration Suite application is not subscribed" error in BTP trial account

Hello,

I have created a trial BTP account and was following https://developers.sap.com/tutorials/cp-starter-isuite-onboard-subscribe.html tutorial to Set Up the Integration Suite Trial account.

At step 4 "Automatically assign roles and create service instances using Booster" I am getting an error:

"SAP Integration Suite application is not subscribed. Please subscribe the application and activate capabilities manually to proceed."

This is strange, as I have just subscribed to the SAP Integration Suite in a previous step (attached screenshots)

Has someone been able to fix this? I have found a similar question from 2022, so this seems to be a known issue. It's discouraging that SAP has not corrected the documentation, as it makes me less confident to follow these tutorials.

A workaround to this is assigning the roles to your user account manually and instantiating an instance of the SAP Process Integration Runtime service.... 

  1. Once the capabilities are active, assign the roles in the screenshot.
  2. Assign the SAP Process Integration Runtime entitlement to the subaccount.
  3. Create a new instance of SAP Process Integration Runtime
  4. Create a service key in the SAP Process Integration Runtime instance. It will provide you the credentials required.

No need to run the booster anymore after completing the steps described above.

I tried your 4 steps but still got the same error. I skipped the Boosters step and was able to proceed to the next steps.

@Sliao74, yes... the booster is no longer needed if you do the workaround suggested. Can you please accept the solution if it actually help you work around the issue.

Thanks for providing the workaround, it was helpful. but to analyze why the "booster" feature is throwing that error. Can you please help to dive deeper and to know the reason of this error to understand if we have missed any step. Thanks.
