"Request ready for Reporting" is not showing

Hi all,

I have a weird problem at work. I hope some one could help me with a solution.

The QM Status of all the requests in the cube is yellow. Th technical status of the request is green.However the "Request ready for Reporting Symbol" has been showing up until Sep'30. After that it doesn't come up. When I check the monitor, it has no reported errors at all. What can I do to bring the "Request ready for Reporting" For all the requests.

Can some body please help me.

Hi KJ,

I finally could get all the requests ready for reporting. Here's some thing I found. I had close to 15 requests that were not ready for reporting. Initially in the evening, I tried to change the QM status manually to green from the current request. It did not work.

Just by chance of luck, I tried changing the request to green from the bottom to top, that is from Oct'2-Oct'19. This worked. I am glad it did.

Any explanation for this one.

Also, there is a restricting in our prod that we cannot change the setting in the environment to "Set quality status to ok". Can we make this setting in Dev and transport it to Prod. Will it work. Any input is helpful.

Do u have any aggregates on cube which are not rolled up?

I do not have any aggregates on the cube.

Is there anything that I could do that wold make the requests available for reporting.
